Instructions are clear and written on the bottle. It was easy enough to use and it did work. We have all tasted a difference in the ice. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has an ice machine to use this product to clean it out!

My ice didn't taste bad before, just a little odd - I preferred to keep a regular old school ice tray instead of using ice from my maker. This product changed that! It's super easy to use and after doing so my ice tastes SO MUCH better! No longer need to use the ice tray, it's great straight from the maker now. I guess we just don't know how dirty things we can't see really are. This made all the difference!

I was worried the cleaner would leave a chemical residue or taste after use, but our ice actually tasted better after using the Affresh cleaner. I hadn't noticed that our ice had started to taste a bit off until after we cleaned our machine and we had fresh ice again. The instructions were simple and easy to follow.

Although I use a water filter when using my Ice maker over time it has built up minerals and stains along the sides and parts of the inside. You could rub your finger across the plastic and it felt like sand paper. I decided to use this cleaner/descaler to see if I could clean things up a bit. I mixed according to the instructions and ran the ice maker through a full cycle of water throwing my ice out as it worked its magic. I then ran a batch of fresh water through it and threw that ice out as well. When it was done boy what a difference. After I turned my ice maker off and dried it out with a micro fiber towel it looked brand new inside. It runs like a top and I'm so glad I found this product. Amazing!
