Refrigerator Ice Maker Kit

The Refrigerator Ice Maker Kit is an add-on accessory for use in appliances that don't have a built-in ice-making assembly. This complete kit is designed to be used with select Amana® bottom-mount refrigerators; check to see if your model number is compatible. Please note that the assembly includes the ice bin and necessary parts, but does not include installation instructions. Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools and novice installation experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this accessory. Also turn off the refrigerator's water supply before you begin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Glad Helper from Works Great - Moderate Install Difficulty Arrived on-time and in working order. All parts ordered were in package. Installation a little awkward due to bottom freezer location. Had to remove internal freeser slide trays to make working space. Two cable harnesses were supplied. Used the harness appropriate to my unit. 3-screws to tighten and with proper alignment to the water fill tube, all is in good shape. Makes ice again.

Everything was provided and parts fit perfectly being an OEM part. Price was very competitive. Would definitely recommend and it makes perfect cubes.
