Rated 4 out of 5 by CarmelAdelle from Happy to find this exact replacement of our origin Replaced the identical model after 6 years, in order to save the cost of a new trim kit. (In-wall installation). Thankful to find one still in-stock not too far from us, as the model is no longer being made. We were happy with the original, although the lighted read-out of time remaining began to burn out about half-way through the 6 years. In the end, the unit continued to stay on after the END of the time entered, and had to be unplugged to stop cooking.

Absolutely cannot figure out what is wrong with it. My husband has checked every possible thing that could go wrong with it from the fuse to the magnetron. I've tried contacting service department with no success.
