The inside panel started coming loose and what should have been a simple replacement of the internal cover, was impossible. Whirlpool customer service said I'd have to pay $149 JUST for someone to look at it––not even fix it. They make products that don't last with repair pricing that doesn't make sense. Now I have to buy a new one (safe to say it WONT be Whirlpool). Horrible strategy to make products that are not built to last, huge waste to the environment and disrespect to consumers.

It’s quiet, fast, and easy to use- I especially love that there’s no handle since my previous microwave handle lasted about 2 yrs before I had to superglue it. Men in the house damage handles!

We love the lock feature that allows the microwave control panel to be locked and then cleaned without worry of making the control panel malfunction. Love it!
