Rated 1 out of 5 by AndrewTN from Disappointing I spent 5k on all new Whirlpool kitchen appliances from Costco 3 months ago, in August of 2019. This oven has been the biggest problem. The most frustrating problem is that the stove top glass looks terrible after around a dozen or so uses. I've tried cleaning it frequently with stovetop cleaner but it seems to be permanently discolored / damaged. Crazy to have a brand new over that I paid over $1000 for that looks this bad already. Also, the design of the oven also doesn't allow for the over to be pushed back to the wall due to the electric plug location. I didn't experience either of these problems with my previous Whirlpool oven.

It has 5 burners and super convenient when baking dinner and dessert at the same time. This range features a steam option to clean the oven. It's the best thing ever existed, the grime wipes right off. It's also very energy efficient. The energy savings mode will turn your display screen off when not in use. It features many settings including a sabbath setting which I thought was interesting. I've never seen that on any appliance I've had before. There's also a way to either take sound off when pressing buttons or leave sound on. I would highly recommend this range to everyone.

That is where my nightmare begins. I find it extremely difficult to operate. The oven temperatures are way off. Sometimes the burners heat quickly and sometimes they take forever. The ovens bake unevenly. Sometimes the food burns and sometimes I have to cook things longer. It varies every day. I calibrated the ovens according to the instruction book and still have problems. In 55 yrs I have NEVER had to calibrate an oven. The large oven is extremely noisy. I paid a ton of money for this range and the only thing I like about it is the way it looks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by katie9 from Beware the gap between the back of the oven & wall I've had this oven almost 6 months and am really enjoying it. I use the smaller oven 90% of the time. Yes, the bottom oven door will land on your toes if you're not careful but that seems obvious if you look at the design. What I wasn't expecting was a 1 1/2" gap between the back of the range and the wall. I'm not talking about the gap between the counter and the cooktop. There are two "bumps" on the back of the range that prohibit it from sitting flush to the wall. This leaves a fairly significant gap for things to fall through. I'm unsure how to fix this absent buying a costly piece of granite for a backsplash. Calls and emails to the manufacturer have not produced any help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by smokin@240 from I am on my 2nd new one. The 2nd one does the same as the 1 st. Temperatures change - set for 375 goes up to 500 and wrecks food. One tech said it was calibrated, one said it couldn't be calibrated, one said there can be a variation in temps (and this is normal) of up to 60 degrees. um? no. One said using self cleaning wrecks "them". I haven't used it... See the video and image below. I am now stuck with an expensive oven/stove combo I can't use. I can't add the video. Scones- the temp went up to 500 burnt to a crisp. Smoke poured out of oven for 1/2 + hr. Top and right side on this one. Only top vent on the 1st one. Don't buy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lisa from Doesn't hold up well The cook top surface is scratching from normal use, and cleaning. Small bubbles were forming in the black coating on the cooktop surface. The top oven is small, so you can only cook a tray of cookies, or small crock dish. The bottom is normal size, but doesn't cook anymore evenly than my old stove. This stove cooks from the top, rather than from the bottom like most ovens. You have to remember to push the convection button, or it doesn't cook well at all. Not very impressed, the convenience of having two ovens is nice, but the cooktop surface is not gonna last at all! Hey should've been able to provide a better cooktop surface.
