Rated 1 out of 5 by Tasha0832 from Horrible quality would never buy whirlpool again I’ve purchased 2 brand new ovens in the last 7 years both this one and the one before the heating element went out at 2 years. The first one whirlpool fixed so I gave them another chance and same thing happened with this one. Customer service was mean about it and would not do anything to help. I have always only purchased whirlpool for any of my appliances and they have lost a loyal customer. Also, immediately after purchasing and using my oven, the top started scratching very bad, and I have never had that issue with any of my previous ovens. I also already left a review for this oven after the scratches happen and they removed my review.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jim F from Electric range Hooked up last week, it would not recognize wifi, had to call support, was on the phone for quite awhile before it finally recognized wifi. Then Monday I used oven for the first time…. Filled the kitchen with smoke, was told “ oh that’s normal for the first few uses. With temps in the 30’s I had to open windows and wave towel to chase out the smoke. Being under a microwave there isn’t that much light, would be nice if there was a back lite to see what you were trying to see.
