Rated 1 out of 5 by VJACPA from Poor quality and NO customer support If I could give it a zero I would! I've had it for over a month and it still doesn't work! Didn't work from the get go. Needed to be converted to propane but one of the orifices stuck and seeted. Apparently a common occurance. I've had over a month and it has never been turned on. Part is backordered. Slyman brothers nor Whirlpool will exchange it. It still has the plastic on the front. Paid $2100 for something broken that I can't see to get fixed.
