Rated 1 out of 5 by wintely1 from Looks Great! Burns everything. Cannot be fixed. This double-oven really looks sleek and nice. Unfortunately, it burns everything. We have purchased calibrated oven thermometers, which show that, in both ovens, that the actual temperature, at the pre-heat "ready" is 10 degrees low (not bad) and five minutes later, the temperature is 50 degrees too high! After 15-20 more minutes, the oven temperature is at the "set" temperature and will hold from there on out. We have paid a repair company to come and "fix" both ovens; replacing the computerized controller for both. Still, nothing changes. Finally, the repair company says that they cannot fix the issue; as it appears that this is a design flaw. So, looks great. But, with this issue, it is a lovely-brick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by older woman from great size/ technology difficult for older people the double oven is fine. but not everyone who buys a new oven with ''touchscreen'' is 20-30 yrs old. i am 70 yrs old. it did not come with a manual -which it SHOULD have. luckily the place i ordered it from got me the basic pages for operation. all appliances should come with instructions . it is not simple to operate without information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Suz64 from Just don’t So disappointed in Whirlpool and these ovens! We purchased Whirlpool double wall ovens in 1993 and used them for 25+ years. We replaced with this set and they are junk! They randomly cut off in the middle of cooking, do not heat evenly, and often the touchpads do not recognize they are being pressed. The oven will also remain on after it has been turned off. We also purchased a cooktop that we liked, but was recalled and replaced with another that is just as bad as the ovens. It is past time for Whirlpool to recall these sorry appliances.
