Rated 4 out of 5 by Rushmore from Judgement Still Out Our new double wall oven was purchased on October 5, 2021. We immediately needed service on the lower oven's confection motor. It is now November 20, 2021 and service is not expected until November 29, 2021. We have been put off for service twice so we are not sure if it will be repaired as scheduled. Another issue. The oven did not come with any operation instructions. So we are feeling our way through and the worse part is the oven has no on or off indicator. You have to listen for the motors to shut down after cooling to determine if the oven is really off. The real issue here is we really like the oven. It is a replacement for a smaller oven that operated for 30 years without an issue. We expect the same service from this new unit. Great product and a great company questioning the company we bought it from and their service contractor.
