The only negative was the non-caring customer “service” rep who was of minimal assistance when setting up our app/wi-fi. Not customer focused at all. Not what I’ve come to expect as a loyal Whirlpool customer since 2002.

It took several mishaps to figure out how to turn the oven off. Now that I can easily use both microwave and oven it's a terrific product. I just didn't realize it was a SMART oven!!🙃
