I don't have a water hook-up and the water here is really hard, so I didn't want the water/ice feature. This fridge does have an option for an ice maker to purchase/install separately. I love that I can adjust the shelves to accommodate everything I put in my fridge and I really appreciate the ability to adjust the shelves in the door too. I love that I can put a gallon of milk and a 2 liter on my door if I need to. The fridge keeps everything cold and easily adjusts to suit my needs. I also really love the black stainless steel. It looks fantastic in my kitchen and I'm very happy with my choice.

The defrost cycle doesn’t work so frost keeps building up in the freezer. No service for another week. This one replaced another Whirlpool that worked for 23 years and was only replaced because I couldn’t buy a replacement thermostat. Also don’t like the dim blue light in the refrigerator section.
