I called the customer service line and it’s one department after another in the end a technician will come and try to fix it but I have to pay $175 for service fee for a brand new appliance, It’s ridiculous. I won’t rate the machine yet because I don’t know how it will work from the fixing date on but if something breaks under the 3 month it should be covered by whirlpool. Just be aware that wirlpool won’t have your back it something goes down hill. I did have another washer from witlpool and it was amazing so I don’t doubt this will be good too but I am a little disappointed with the service fee.

Error code F27 was common but there were other codes as well. Doing a reset resolved Error code F27 in several cases.
