Rated 1 out of 5 by Kate from Run an actual load of laundry before they Leave!! Nothing is positive. I cannot put any load of laundry and it’s weekend. Nobody answered the phone and the guy who installed the dryer messed up the water connections and my washer connections are leaking and spraying everywhere. I’m on second floor so I had to close water to prevent water leak to the lower floor. Horrible experience. If I could rate you minus 5 I would. Send actual plumbers to install major appliances like that. Our homes are not a joke. Now I have to keep calling and waiting forever to get somebody to come and fix the problem.
