Rated 1 out of 5 by Need new from I wouldn’t purchase this dryer again About a month after purchasing this dryer we noticed it was drying the clothes first time through. Called tech support and they sent a kit to set for some sort of blockage. I took everything apart from the back of the dryer to the outside vent. Everything was spotless after cleaning, which included clean the dryer ducting front to back. Tested with kit they provided and the kit indicated there was a blockage. Took everything apart again to verify that there was no blockage. An average load takes 240-300 minutes to dry. My old GE dryer took 35-40 minutes.

When you want to put your damp clothes through another dry cycle, the machine decides that your clothes are dry enough and suddenly drips drying time from 1hr 3min to 5min. But the clothes are still damp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's a waste of a day when you have to dry each load several times. Add that to the fact that you have to keep pushing the remote enable button on the machine to use the smart functions. I'm really hating this dryer. My apartment had a basic cheap hotpoint dryer that took much less time to fully and completely dry loads. Whirlpool has surely disappointed me. My niece is loving her Samsung dryer though

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Happy from Not Happy We Bought this dryer in January and it has never dried if you use a preset program it doesn't dry the clothes all the way. now 6 months in the whole thing stopped working. this is ridiculous 2 weeks for parts and the parts did not fix it now we have to wait another 2-3 weeks for more parts i thought i was buying a good produce with the whirlpool name but I guess I was wrong. I feel that whirlpool should replace my unit as it would seam that I got a defected one. never buying whirlpool again!!

We replaced a 20 year old stackable washer/dryer that was in the house we recently purchased and could not wait to replace it. So happy we chose this unit to replace the old unit. It is huge in terms of capacity and the light inside the drum is a big plus. Love the Wi-Fi capability. I will say that my first test load was very wet after a cycle that I ran on normal. After choosing ‘heavy duty’ for each cycle, the dryer has exceeded our expectations.

Whirlpool definitely is a company who wants to make sure its customer is satisfied with their appliances. Thank you whirlpool care team.
