The guy came and said the controller is gone from day 1. Whirlpool didn't check or tested the dryer before delivering. I wish I could have checked when installed so I could have returned it

Rated 3 out of 5 by Annie from Front-loading gas dryer Overall, the dryer works Ok. It could get the clothes a bit dryer. After turning it on, the choices are a bit confusing and the ultimate dry time is not consistent with the type of clothes in the dryer. For example, towels, which would take more time and heat get less time than other lighter-weight items. The door is a little difficult to open. There's plenty of room in the dryer for large loads. But, I've made it work.
