Clothes on top never get wet, no matter the setting. I only wash half loads. What's the point of it being efficient if I have to wash and rinse twice. Also, the lid is starting to rust.

I’m sure it’s because of government mandates, but clothes sprinkled with water does not clean your clothes . Lid locks shut so you can’t see the injustice When a washing machine stinks and you have to buy cleaner to clean your washing machine every month, what does that say about your clothes. Do you want a washing machine that works? Buy a Speed Queen TC5. After day 1, you could noticeably see a color difference; clean. And not to be disgusting, but it actually knock the poo stain out of underwear. I am not a salesman, or a stock owner, SpeedQueen has the longest warranty and it cleans like washing machines use too when I was a child (45 years ago)

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kimmie63 from Very cheap made product I bought this machine a little over a year ago and now it is broke. Why is everything made so cheap anymore? Not cost wise but material wise. This machine is so light. My old washer was heavy duty. With this machine, you can not soak. the water will drain out. Now the lid won't lock so it doesn't work. The same issue just happened to my mother and her machine was only 2 years old. I am not happy!
