2 in 1 Removable Agitator

The 2 in 1 Removable Agitator lets you choose how you wash and care for your clothes by easily swapping the agitator post in or out. With two ways to wash, it’s twice the washer you have at home.

Soil Level Selection

Choose the right amount of agitation for your fabrics with an option that lets you select the soil level of your load on any cycle, so you get less agitation on light loads and more on full or dirty loads.

Soaking Cycles

Thanks to the 2 in 1 Removable Agitator, you can easily reinsert the agitator whenever you want to switch back from the impeller. Multiple wash motions gently move clothes up, down and side to side throughout the cycle for a thorough clean in different water levels.

Smooth Impeller Option

Easily remove the 2 in 1 Removable Agitator when your load needs a little more space to move. Impeller wash action cleans by rubbing the fabrics against each other, while the design of the impeller’s surface helps drive clothes from the outer rim to the center, where the deepest cleaning happens.

Care for colored fabrics with a cycle that uses cold water to provide optimal fabric care.

Bulky/Sheets Cycle

The Bulky/Sheets Cycle takes care of bedding as well as those bulky winter jackets. The washer fills with enough water to wet down the load before the wash cycle begins, then uses a higher water level than other cycles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jean from Whirlpool washer #WTW4957PW0 Final spin the light goes out. Machine don't stop. Continues with a motor sound. Machine dont lock. Machine is less than a year old. Sadly won't buy another one. They don't even extend the warranty once repaired.

However I have done about 20 loads of laundry five of which did not come out very clean and still had the Tide pods stuck to them without overloading the washing machine. I have to say I'm a little disappointed with my brand new washing machine.

I love my new one due to the extra settings it has on it and the removable aggitator in it as well. Washing blankets is so easy now. And the white wash setting love it. Love all the new settings

Rated 2 out of 5 by unhappy camper from disappointed Have had the washer a couple of weeks now. Just had guests so had lots of laundry. I do not put in large loads, but it does not spin as dry as I had hoped…not as well as my old one purchased in 2009! I had to put sheets as well as towels on an extra spin cycle! Quite disappointed in my $800 purchase! The papers with it are no help. It offers no guide as to how big the load can be in the huge tub. I do like the removable agitator. Makes it easy to wash a comforter.
