Automatic Water Levels

Automatic water levels regulate the amount of water based on the size of the load. Only the amount needed to clean is used, increasing efficiency.

Presoak Option

Enjoy better cleaning with the Presoak option that lets you skip soaking outside of the washer. Extra time is added in the washer before the wash cycle, which starts automatically when the option is complete.

Deep Water Wash Cycle

Take on stains with the Deep Water Wash cycle. It adds more water to help break down stains and improves the ability to rinse away soils.

It shakes violently. My 3 year warranty went out in July. I bought the washer in 2021. My older model whirlpool with the agitator is still working. I gave it to my Mom after I upgraded to the new washer for a bigger tub. Big mistake! I bought my old whirlpool in 2007. This is a big disappointment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by lisa from This is the WORST washer I have ever bought !! This washer is garbage. I bought in Oct 2021 and it's Dec 2024. I thought I was buying something better than bottom the barrel. While not high grade, I went middle of the road. This was not middle of the road it's worse than a Kmart blue light special. I have several Whirlpool products - washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. The dishwasher is garbage too. I remodeled my kitchen and went all in with Whirlpool. I will not do that again. As for this washer, it does not balance correctly for the spin cycle so it walks all over the laundry room. Doesn't matter if it's a small load, or a big one, it is all over the place. I just cancelled a load to get the clothes out, it won't cancel, so I let the spin finish with the washer empty. It still walked all over the laundry room ! I had bought the extended 2 yr warranty, but of course the problem didn't start until I was just out of the warranty period. A mid range washer should last more than 3 years. Never again will I buy Whirlpool. Whirlpool used to be quality, apparently that is not the case anymore. DON'T BUY THIS, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY. If negative stars were available, it would be -10 stars.

Doesn’t rinse correctly, always leaves soap & fabric softener where you can see it when it dries, so you have to rinse it multiple cycles. Never fills with enough water to correctly wash or rinse, so you’re suppose to save money on this water efficient washer but double your electric usage by doing numerous cycles on a single load. We wish we never bought this pile of crap.
