What I can tell you is this: the delivery service/people aren’t the best. They will do the bare minimum to install/deliver this. I didn’t purchase a dent and scratch model, yet that is what was delivered. (I did call customer service and they only said sorry. No way to make this right). Whirlpool will send you emails about getting to know your new product, but they aren’t helpful- neither is the owners manual. I’ve had to google/YouTube things to get to know the features. Maybe in another month I will be able to gives better review of the product,

I went to Lowe's where i recently replaced a refrigerator and found several great options. Settling on a 30 inch, 5 burner, Air Fry, Air Bake new technology. Made our first Thanksgiving meal for 12 with this range and it all came out wonderfully. The styling and performance of this range is exceptional. Fits in nicely with the newly renovated cabinets and kitchen. I was fortunate to get an excellent price as the 10% sale plus an additional $100 discount with delivery and install, made the upgrade affordable. Extremely happy and could not have done better. Thank You

Rated 5 out of 5 by juancarlosd from Perfect addition to your home This thing rocks! The metal burners feel so high quality and durable compared to my old oven. The preheat mode is way quicker and efficient. I haven't got it dirty enough to run the clean mode, but I'm excited to try that out. And let's not forget how versatile the included air fryer is. I was able to get rid of my counter top one and save space. My previous oven only had 4 burners so having the additional burner is really nice. I noticed baking is a lot smoother and I don't end up with raw centers in my cake. Getting this thing installed was a breeze. They show up at your door and set everything up. They even take your old junk oven with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by robertd57 from Great look The Whirlpool 30-inch stainless steel gas range has been a great addition to our kitchen. It has a clean look and the knobs have a good feel. I don’t love the touchpad controls for the oven and timer, but it is only a minor annoyance with the lack of feedback to touch. We baked quite bit of food thus far (e.g. lasagna, pizza, cookies, muffins, french fries) and everything has come out evenly cooked. Our banana bread muffins came out evenly baked without having to turn pan mid-bake. The stovetop has a lot of space for cooking multiple things at once and the main two burners put out a lot of heat. Overall, very happy with the range.

Rated 3 out of 5 by gkellogg from Stainless Finish Ruined by Egg Water I was happy to finally replace the Samsung range that came with our house with a quality American-made range. However, within two days of installation, drips from hardboiled egg water permanently stained the stainless steel finish on the ledge above the knobs. See photo attached. Whirlpool refused to exchange the appliance because it is used, and refused to repair under the 3-year extended warranty I purchased since this is a cosmetic issue. The range operates fine, but I am frustrated by the poor quality of the finish and indifferent post-purchase support.

Means I cannot put 2 cookie sheets in at the same time because they have to be placed crosswise instead of lengthwise. Timer is extremely puny. Cannot hear it unless you stay in the kitchen. Even in the next room it cannot be heard. I am very disappointed in this stove. You need to have more stoves on display in stores so one does not have to buy sight unseen. I do not like computer shopping. I want to see what I am getting. Also, store sold me the wrong installation kit and had to return it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by addisong13 from Good product, poor service The range itself is quite nice - stylish, functional, boils water quickly, high flame, and easy to use. I am interested to see how it lasts with time, but for the present I would recommend it. I don’t, however, have great things to say about the process of having it delivered. It took 6(!!) failed delivery attempts (robo calls, actual people, text messages, no-shows, and finally delivery people who showed up at 6 pm, 2 hours after the window they gave us) to get it delivered. It also will have this blue film on it that does not peel off. It took 2 hours and a credit card to remove it. I like the range, but given this experience I would not work with Whirlpool again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sandra from Safety features I bought this a month ago, and I'm glad that I did because the pressure regulator stopped working properly and caused trust of gas which caused my previous gas stove with plastic knots to catch on fire. But apparently this stove has a safety feature that when that happen it shut off the burner. Aslo the plumber that ((that I thought was qualified). I hired to convert from natural to propane did not rotate the pressure regulator therefore causing burns of gas but again the range shut down the burner. Thank goodness. I brought in a different plumber that caught these issues.. I also love how fast the oven.heats up. I do wish a griddle had been included with the range

Rated 4 out of 5 by josie from upgraded stove I purchased this stove a couple of weeks ago. I like it but there are a couple of issues that I wish I had known before I purchased. First of all, when you set the timer, it goes back to showing the temperature. There is no way to check and see how much time is left. When I tried to figure it out, I accidently turned the oven off without knowing. For the price of these new ovens, we should have all the bells and whistles. Other than standing right there in the kitchen, there is no way to know how much time you have left. The other issue is when the timer does go off, it's for a couple of seconds. Every time I cook on the stove I have to clean the top of the stove. because the black shows everything. Maybe someone can help me .

Rated 1 out of 5 by Trash from Junk I bought it SEPTEMBER 5 .came with the wrong burners.they gave me the floor models burners the tried to cook thanks giving turkey. Oven didn't work. Called for service. They came out but it's still not fixed and they haven't given me any Idea when I will be able to use it. It's Christmas tomorrow and I can't cook again. Thanks whirlpool. You have ruined booth holidays this year. What a pice of junk.
