Rated 1 out of 5 by MZW1 from Inaccurate, inadequate parts info & website As others have said, info from WP is very lacking and/or inaccurate. The original filter that came with our unit measures 5.437 x 5.0 x .3125 thick. It weighs ~15 gr. Listing on WP site says 5" x 5" and lacks info on thickness or wt. Obviously this replacement is actually almost 1/2" smaller in width (probably so that WP can mfg. one to "fit" several different brands. Also, the "OEM replacement" on Amazon measures 5.5 x 5.5 x .5 (too bag) and weighs 9.07 gr (thinner and of less quality?). Where is the supposed Whirlpool quality when your replacement doesn't even match the original? Also, your listing says to check to be sure it fits my model. Where on your website does one do that?

It's jammed into a few pages in small letters with no table of contents so that you can look up specific issues. The clarity of the Guide is completely inadequate. My rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the "Guide" not the microwave itself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bevss from Lack of clarity on how many filters are required! Explanation distinctly leaves out the fact not one but two filters are required for my model. The User Guide that came with the microwave did not even have a schematic to show it had charcoal filters until the microwave told me to replace filter. Rather frustrated at the lack of information on this and lack of after sales service to proactively tell me, the customer, my model requires two filters. I get the box with one filter then have to call back and have them order a second one. Heavens forbid for the model that requires x2 filters they should come two in a box... so here I wait! Not to mention they are approximately $20 each! Make your information on this site clear please i.e. may require one or two filters!
