Defective filters
We have a subscription with every drop and have received these filters for a long time, but the last two filters don't work. They don't engage in the fridge and water doesn't dispense. If we tape a little rubber piece at the bottom of the filter and then when we close the filter door it engages, but now, even that doesn't work. When we place back an old filters, it works fine, so it's obvious the manufacturing is defective on the last two filters we received. Who do we contact for a claim? These are super expensive and it's very frustrating now that I have to buy filtered water now. I hope someone reads this, because I do not want to pay for a repairman to come here when it is clear both new filters are not working and are defective.

Rip Off. Don’t buy your filters here
Extremely overpriced and a straight rip off. You can get the same filter without Whirlpools name on it for 9$ a filter at Amazon. I got a three pack for 26$

Terrible product
2 months in my water tastes awful! I am very disappointed to have this issue since I deliberately purchased whirlpool filters and payed over 100 dollars for 2 filters. Do yourself a favor, save your money don't spend it here

too expensive
Works ok, but too expensive. I have the annual subscription. I paid USD 92.00 for 2 filters. Each filter works for 6 months. In my opinion, this is too expensive.

Hit Or Miss Quality
The Everydrop #3 always worked well. The Everydrop #1 has obvious quality control problems. Our first one failed almost immediately. The second one worked well through its 6 month lifespan. The third one is beginning to fail at two months.
