It is nice but I am having a problem with keeping the time on the appliance. I called to talk to someone there and finally gave up. She had 100,000 questions for me even to talk to me. I had a simple question. Also, I get an error, lost energy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by homekitchen wall over from Wall Oven No manual of use came w/ this appliance. I purchased with a new home and the manual for mostly INSTALL. I do not have a clear way of turning the device OFF. It keeps running after the food times out & has been removed, running my electric up. I was so frustrated one evening, I turned the circuit breaker off. No instructions found and remote app doesn't work for any thing. Poor instructions and bad app.

Rated 1 out of 5 by sobby from Horrendous experience Right now, i'm unable to heat my food b/c the touchscreen refuses to respond. Plus I have guests coming in a few hours. If you're gonna attempt to go high-tech, make sure it works! Why make an appliance like microwave & oven this complicated to use? Never again w/ the whirlpool again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by C&L WHIRLPOOL COMBO UNIT from So So Smart Combo This combo came with our model home from Pulte. We have had a few issues with it. #1 the edges of this unit are sharp and will cut you if it hits you when opening or closing. #2 Oven and Microwave are difficult to use together. Sometimes oven will shut off when you try and use Microwave at same time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Romy from Broken after 2 years of using it I am very disappointed about this brand. Built in microwave. Serial number D91813650. Whirlpool sent the tech guy that diagnosed it as unrepairable. I called whirlpool customer care line and they responded that there is nothing they can do since this is out of warranty. The tech guy said oven and microwave will need to be replaced. This appliance was built 3years ago but I started using it in 2020. I am in the impression that this was a defective set. Now I have to spend many thousands to replace it? As a brand with a strong reputation, what will you do to help me fix this? What options do you have for me? Understand “there is nothing we can do” is not an answer from a brand like yours. This item is pricy and it is too easy to spend couple of thousand for the same appliances every 2 years. What would you do for me? You gave me 40% discount but there is no stainless steels available. The broke on in my house is stainless steel. This band is a joke.
