Rated 1 out of 5 by Nisha from Electrical panel toast in less than 3 years We got this model in July 2020 and in Jan 2023, middle of cycle it stopped and electrical panel was toast. Whirlpool just offered to give 20% off if you buy a new machine again! How is this particular model reliable when water could go in the electrical panel and fuse it. No good customer service and no ownership of machine breaking down that’s so new!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elvis from Fabulous Machine This replaced a Maytag Bravo(only lasted 6 years)and wow what a difference Just to mention a few things Having a soak cycle (that have choices on how long), the ability to bypass the water saving feature and pick your desired water level. the detergent dispenser that will allow you to dispense for multiple loads and adjust the amount dispensed. As well as a ton of cycle selections that gives you the ability to do every possible washing need. The oversize load capacity is wonderful. Absolutely perfect in so many ways!!!!
