Called for service and was told by the technician that it cost 88$ to diagnose the problem and approximately 1400$ to repair. Biggest piece of junk. No more whirlpool for me.

Like the adjustable shelves storage units. Love the clear slide compartment for other items, which can be seen when you open doors. Also nice large middle drawer with own temperature settings. Handles are shies and color us modern.

The original stopped making ice, did not freeze ice cream, and maintained refrigerator temperature at or above 60F. The replacement item: 3 days after installation, the left door inside flap became stubborn, not retracting fully and hitting the right side door, preventing the door from closing. Lifelong customer of Whirlpool brand but I am having serious doubts about our future affiliation.

I like the color of dark gray or charcoal, looks perfect. I am concerned with the low buzing sound that the compressor gives off. Not sure if that's a problem. It's not the sound that bothers me it's my worry about the compressor motor
