The delivery workers were very nice and did a good job on installation etc. Just disappointed it took so long. We waited almost a month & when it was finally delivered, we were informed that it was broken and they would have to order a new one. And apparently then although they initially told me it wouldn’t take long to get a replacement, it was on back order and so took about 3 more weeks. I have never experienced such long waits for appliance delivery.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lemonade from Not built well! When we got this, it had to be taken apart to get through our doorways. Once all back together and cleaned and loaded. Shut the freezer drawer and this loud vibration sound started. This was a $3,000 purchase and needless to say we were upset. We had 3 service people look at it and finally an older man figured it out. The shell of the refrigerator was touching the compressor/fan inside. This was because it wasn't installed well enough at the factory when it was put together. Things just are good quality anymore. They are throw away items, no matter what the cost.

Had to wait days for a call from repair department and on Tuesday, February 11th, repairman came and had to order three parts and I am still waiting for them to call me saying they got the parts and give me an appointment to repair it! Paid for a new fridge. Have a lemon one sitting here in my kitchen that doesn’t work and so unhappy! Worst experience ever!
